Feked I. Sand Mine
Hazai Bányák Zrt. also sells the products of Feked I. Sand Mine. Even before the regime change, the Feked mine operated as a material deposit for the local production cooperative. The mine was re-excavated in the 2000s, and the Feked mine provided part of the necessary raw material for the M6 highway embankment works.
Feked is located close to Pécs, easily accessible from the M6.
